Somebody flagged this video and now it has an age restriction on it. I don't agree with it, but it's flagged because it has a dead body in it. Millions of people look at Egyptian mummies every year, and there's no age restrictions on that.
When the camera looks outside the window, the Soviet Lunokhod Rover can be seen. I'm not sure which one it is, but it appears that one of the purposes of the Soviet Lunokhod Rover was to investigate whether certain objects photographed on previous Apollo misstions were artificial.

William Rutledge was an astronaut during the 1970s, employed by the USAF in collaboration with NASA during a secret Space mission.
After the Apollo 17 and the Apollo18 mission taken place in July 1975, there were other two missions on the Moon: the Apollo 19 (failed) and the Apollo 20 (August 1976), which were both classifed Space missions launched from the Vandenberg Air Force Base (California).
The goal of these two presumed secret joint space missions, result of an American-Soviet collaboration, was to reach the backside of the Moon (the Delporte-Izsak region, close to the well-known Tsiolkovsky crater) and to explore a huge object found out during the Apollo 15 mission. What the Apollo 20 crew found was a huge and ancient alien spaceship with EBE on board.
And as a matter of fact, some official NASA pictures archived by the LPI (The Lunar and Planetary Institute in Houston), which is a research institute that provides support services to NASA and the planetary science community, show a strange and big object on the far side of the Moon. This video featured on the TV program 'Paranormal Borderline' hosted by Johnathan Frakes and appears to show what some people are claiming to be "proof of alien abduction".
It is a security video from what appears to be a store. The time is 11.16pm and a worker is seemingly closing up the place for the night. However, when he opens the back gate and walks outside there is an instant, blinding flash right where he is standing and then all of the security cameras are temporarily knocked out, soon resuming their function. They then run for another 1 hour 50 minutes until 1.06am when there is another blinding white flash and all the cameras again get knocked out. When they resume function the aforementioned worker can be seen lying in a foetal position nearby to where he disappeared. He then leans up, vomits, then staggers off disorientated.
There is no way of knowing for sure what is happening in this video, however, the possibility that it could be an abduction cannot be ruled out. There is a possibility that the man may have accidentally wandered into a downed powerline and knocked himself unconscious. Maybe it could be an elaborate hoax?

I've put the speed 3 times down about 70% and after that I've pitch it 6 times up, so that there is nearly the same level of the voice like the original Saturn Radio Signal...

There was an extensive initial meeting in Cuba between The Delta and The Project Utopia Committee, Codename Crown, in the early Spring of 1943. A measured amount of scientific technology was provided by The Delta in return for a solemn agreement that The Delta would remain UNKNOWN BY THE GENERAL POPULATION, that they had exclusive rights to OUR Moon and would not be interfered with at any time in the future and that Army Project Echo, that bounced radio signals off OUR Moon, would be canceled. Well for years the scientific community would have us believe that OUR Moon is incapable of holding an atmosphere because it is too small, it does not have the gravitational ability to hold on to an atmosphere but the fact is that it does have the ability to sustain an atmosphere of at least 2 to 3 miles above it's surface and no doubt has at some point in it's history as it's topographical features would indicate. Delta are also involved with Mars and it's Moons and SATURN'S MOON TITAN. Our relations with the Delta went wrong with the death of Roosevelt and the changes that occurred under Truman and later Eisenhower. We actually double-crossed the Delta and how they turned against us, but only in a limited way. In the Kennedy years for the first time ever we began to play hard ball with the Delta, we defied them and challenged them and I think that this is all vital in order to understand where we are today.
